Connections Support Services (CSS) is a specialized care provider offering dedicated, high-quality, and affordable services across the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) to Durham/Bowmanville, Mississauga and Newmarket. Our staff have positive and proactive attitudes toward their work, are self-motivated, kind, compassionate, committed to training, and personal and professional development.
Our Specialized Support Workers have experience working in various social service environments which include shelters, residential programs and mental health facilities. Supporting your clients and working alongside your staff enable CSS to better support individuals in their care. CSS will aim to build positive working relationships, demonstrate professionalism at all times while insuring documentation is clear and concise.
Our Approach
When your organization contacts CSS, we develop a plan based on your needs/goals by identifying appropriate resources and implementing your vision. We match your needs with appropriately trained staff members before deploying them to the destination. If the staff member is unfamiliar with your location, they will attend 15 to 30 minutes before the start of the shift to facilitate a seamless transition from one staff member to the other.
Once the initial consultation and service agreement is finalized, we are confident that our staff will demonstrate their value to your organization.
