One-to-One Work Care Assistant:  Connections Support Services specializes in working independently with clients in an effort to promote positive change, while creating an atmosphere that is safe and welcoming. Our staff take the time to listen to the concerns of those in their care, while adhering to safety protocols and created goal plans. 

Respite Personal Assistant: We offer Respite Personal Assistant for the number of hours/days your organization requires. They support the absence of a professional care worker/family member by acting as a caregiver/staff, helping clients throughout their recovery/stay. They are available 24/7 even on short notice, including statutory holidays.  They will uphold elevated quality of care for anyone in need of support, and maintain your client’s daily/nightly routine as identified above. You can be sure your clients are comfortable, safe, and their emotional/physical well-being is appropriately cared for.

Rehabilitation Support Worker: Our Rehabilitation Support Workers help vulnerable people live independently, often after experiencing an illness or life altering injury. They can work in various settings including individual homes, care homes and other institutions. They are skilled in helping clients develop abilities in functional tasks such as daily and domestic tasks and community activities while enabling them to get back to being independent. In the process, our team ensures emotional support to promote a client’s health and mental well-being.

Training and Education: CSS offers continuous training to our staff, enabling them to hone their skills/knowledge while tackling challenges. Training usually involves classroom work, job shadowing, and in-house presentations. Our training programs are designed to keep pace with the latest industry developments while accommodating the professional goals of our staff.
