You will be responsible for assisting vulnerable and marginalized people with daily domestic support tasks. Your goal is to promote their independence, and your key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Developing relationships with clients to better understand their needs;
Assisting with daily routines and tasks;
Helping clients access the community;
Helping organize the client's daily/nightly schedule;
Ensuring that clients attend medical appointments;
Reporting any changes or progress to key supervisors;
Adhering to established policies, procedures, applicable quality assurance/safety and environmental standards.
